150cc 4-Stroke Long-Case GY6 Gas Engine with automatic CVT transmission.

This scooter engine is used in a wide variety of applications, including full-size street legal scooters, all terrain vehicles (ATVs), dirt bikes, and go karts. Compatible with both 125cc and 150cc engine size scooters and vehicles.

This complete engine includes electric starter, kick start, and CVT.

Engine is EGR.

Disconnect this hose once installed and run Transmission overflow to back and hose on the Cylinder towards front and down. See pics below

Engine is set up for PAIR Emissions System. PAIR is an acronym for Pulsed Secondary Air Injection System.

It is an emissions control system used to lower HC and CO emissions. It works by allowing air into the exhaust flow

This engine is shipped WET, included is 10/40 Oil  and Transmission Fuild ALREADY INSTALLED

.9 LITERS OF ENGINE OIL NO MORE NO LESS. IF ON RUCKUS DIPSTICK WILL NOT SHOW OIL ABOUT 1/2 OF TRANNY FLUID ON TRANNY SIDE.

Check oil level before the first start and after letting the engine idle for a few minutes, add additional oil if needed.

GY6 125cc and 150cc engines come in different sizes. Please measure the physical size of your engine and compare to our specifications before ordering if not for Ruckus Swap. The difference is in the length of the rear swing arm. Different lengths have been made to accommodate different wheel sizes.
