WE DO RECOMMEND TO GET  THE 11 POLE STATOR. THIS HARNESS IS MEANT FOR 11 POLE STATOR ONLY

99% plug and play.  You will need to use your stock OEM ignition plug of your Ruckus or we have replacements here : 3-position Female Ignition plug

Some times the pins come undone on the ICE CUBE CLEAR RELAY here’s where they go

 

IF YOU WANT TO USE 12MM SWITCH FOR A KILL SWITCH

YOU WILL NEED A STANDARD 20/30AMP 12V RELAY AND HERE’S THE LAYOUT

KILL SWITCHAND START BUTTON ATR WIRING

GREEN AND WHITE/BLACK TRACER ARE THE KILL SWITCH JUMP THESE WIRES IF YOU ARE USING A THROTTLE TUBE WITH NO KILL SWITCH
START BUTTON IS GREEN/YELLOW AND YELLOW/RED TRACER  USE A MOMENTARY BUTTON FOR THESE SUCH AS OUR 12MM SWITCH OR 
OUR BATTERY BOX BLOCK OFF WITH SWITCH

WANT TO CONVERT LIGHTS TO DC SO THEY ARE BRIGHT WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY ON.

MAKE SURE ALL GROUNDS ARE GOOD. IF YOU HAVE POWDER COATED BOTH FRAMES. PLEASE REMOVE COAT OR PAINT WHERE THE TWO FRAMES MEET FOR PROPER GROUND. ALSO DON’T FORGET TO GROUND THE STOCK OEM GREEN HEADLIGHT HARNESS. MOST ISSUES NO START ISSUES ARE FROM POOR OR NO GROUND.

HOOKING UP THE FUEL SENDING UNIT

1) Connect the fuel sending unit to the ATR wire harness.  Reusing the OEM connector is recommended, so you will have to cut it off of the OEM harness and put it into the ATR harness. Connect the two color coordinated wires ([Sender] Blue/White to [ATR Harness] Blue/White, [Sender]Green/black to [ATR Harness]Green).

2) Connect LED drive unit. This is the black box under the 2 indicator lights. Plug the Fuel Indicator light to the LED drive unit, then plug the large connector on the LED drive unit to the ATR Harness.

3) Connect the OEM resistor (located under the OEM ECU that was removed). Connect this to the resistor connector on the ATR harness.

 

If using the 5 pin rectifier  that comes with the harness and you didn’t buy from us  with an 8-pole stator. You must cut off plug on 5 pin rectifier and hard wire. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING AN 11 POLE STATOR FOR BETTER CHARGING AND USING THE 5 PIN RECTIFIER.

Red from Jumper to red on Rectifier

Green From jumper to Green on Rectifier

Pink from Jumper to Yellow on rectifier(use position where they would have gone if you did not use jumper)

Yellow from Jumper to Yellow on rectifier(use position where they would have gone if you did not use jumper)

You will have an extra yellow that can be cut once tested.

Since other rectifiers may different from manufacturer to manufacturer  we recommend you either purchase and 11 pole Stator to swap in the motor.

Stock Left Connector — Stage 6 or
Black ———— brown (The power of Horn switch )
Light Green ——- yellow (Horn)
Black/Brown —— purple (Power to hi/low beam)
White ———– green (Low Beam)
Blue ————- grey (High Beam)
Orange ———– red (Left blinker)
Light Blue ——– black (Right Blinker)
Gray ———— orange (power to blinker Switch)

ATR Left Connector — Stage 6 or  Mini Switch
Black ———— brown
Light Green ——- yellow
Yellow —— purple (This is the FEED wire to the headlights if you are running LED light you must plug in 12v DC and cap off yellow)
Yellow/white ———– green
Blue/white ————- grey
Orange ———– red
Light Blue ——– black
Gray ———— orange

ATR Left Connector — V3left switch
Black ————        Green (horn power)
Light Green ——-      Light Green (horn)
Yellow —— Blue/White. This is the FEED wire to the headlights if you are running LED light you must plug in 12v DC and cap off yellow)
Yellow/white ———– White (Low Beam)
Blue/white ————- Solid Blue (High Beam)
Orange ———– Light Blue (Left Blinker) We know it opposite
Light Blue ——– Orange (Right Blinker)
Gray ———— Grey (Blinker Relay)

 

Stock Right Connector  — Stage6

The right throttle have 2 wires that go to one button on the handle. You can have it wired to turn over the engine.
yellow w/black==red
green w/yellow==white

The kill switch can be jumped using a piece of wire
