SHIPPING POLICY

 

1.PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed within 1 business day in order they are received after which it will be shipped to the recipient.  Orders received on the weekend will be processed the next Monday.

For Express Delivery, please make sure all your parts are in stock and ready to ship and that your order is placed before 3:00. Orders placed after that time may not have sufficient time for packaging before carriers picks up the packages.

 

2.FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available to customers in Canada and United States (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii) that place an order above 200$ before taxes. Please note that some out of size items may have additional shipping charge.

Dealers are not eligible for free shipping.

 

3.PRODUCT STOCK STATUSES

When browsing for parts on scootertuning.ca, you will see the following availability statuses on parts. Here’s what they mean.

- In stock and ready to ship: The item is in stock and is ready to be shipped.

- On Order : The item will be specially ordered for you, please contact us for a time estimate to get the part.

- Out of Stock: The item is not available and restock date is unknown.

 

Note: If you place an order with items that have different stock statuses, for example one item is In stock and ready to ship and the other is available on order. All the items in your order will be shipped at once on the day that all the missing parts are received. If you wish to have a split shipment, a fee will be charged for the second shipment. Please contact us if you need to have a split shipment.

 

4.TRACKING NUMBER

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. You will then be able to track your packages all the way from our warehouse to your door !
