The Airsal Racing Extrem Cylinder is now also available in a 70cc version. As can be expected from a high-end cylinder, it comes with a coated piston made by Vertex featuring a single ring. The original 10 mm small end bearing would have been too feeble, which is why the kit is only available as a 12 mm version. Just like the MHR TEAM 2, the Racing Xtrem is also equipped with three boost ports; the oval exhaust flange is well-known from the Polini Evolution series. For better sealing, the cylinder head is constructed to reach 1.5 mm into the combustion chamber. The familiar bridged exhaust port of the T6 has been kept, offering a sound basis for porting. Due to the large bore, the engine block will have to be opened up to 55mm so that the cylinder can be installed. We recommend using at least a 19 mm carburettor in order to achieve sufficient cooling and a high-revving high-end exhaust system such as the Stage6 R1400 in order to be able to use the potential.
