When it comes to capacity, Malossi’s 86cc cylinder kit is unbeatable. The cylinder is based on the smaller 77cc big bore kits, however with the difference that the 86cc version can only be used with the special big bore crankshaft with 44mm stroke and 13mm piston pin. Due to the extreme increase in capacity, 26hp are possible. In order to install this cylinder, the crankcase has to be milled to 76.5mm.
